its gon take a min too... My 360 jacked up back in April and would get the disc read error message, so instead of paying 140 somethin to get it fixed, I sold it to gamestop and bought a new one for 120
Yeah I tried to force a red light, but it would always go back to being green... but in the end im glad I ended up doing what I did cuz now I got a 2nd Gen 360

they extended the warranty for like 3 years so its free!
